PARENT and TOT or EXPLORE and PLAY


Get your little ones (12 months to 10 years) ready for school or sports with our certified instructors.

We incorporate developmentally appropriate fundamental movement skills, or age appropriate activities and play in all our programs which are participation/age based.

YOUTH WELLNESS


Designed to optimize the development of life skills, fitness habits and fundamental movement, the TLC's youth programs will start your kids on a lifelong journey of loving activity!

Whether your kids want to stay home alone, learn how to babysit, how to run, use the weight room or try a bunch of new sports with a parent/guardian, we have the right program for them!

SUMMER CAMPS


Summer at the TLC Day Camp is built for movement, friendship, and non-stop fun. Our reimagined summer camps keep kids physically active while giving them space to explore, create, and connect.

HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION


This unique program introduces a variety of basic movement skills on land, ice and in the water! Running from September to May, the instructors will use sports and games to challenge children to their personal best and improve their overall physical fitness. The weekly classes are developmentally appropriate for each age group with lessons incorporating movement patterns, skill progressions, and team play
