PD DAY & SPRING BREAK CAMPS


Come spend the day with us on a PD Day (for 6 to 12 year olds), or spend your Spring Break keeping active and busy! (Half days for 3-5 year olds and Full days for 6-12 year olds)

Need to be dropped off early or picked up later from your camp? No problem! Pre and Post Care is also available.

A Personal Information Form is required prior to or at sign-in. The form must be completed within the 2024 calendar year.

PARENT and TOT or EXPLORE and PLAY


Get your little ones (12 months to 10 years) ready for school or sports with our certified instructors.

We incorporate developmentally appropriate fundamental movement skills, or age appropriate activities and play in all our programs which are participation/age based.

YOUTH WELLNESS


Designed to optimize the development of life skills, fitness habits and fundamental movement, the TLC's youth programs will start your kids on a lifelong journey of loving activity!

Whether your kids want to stay home alone, learn how to babysit, how to run, use the weight room or try a bunch of new sports with a parent/guardian, we have the right program for them!

HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION


Running from September to April, our curriculum based weekly classes introduce a variety of basic movement skills on land, ice and in the water!

Our instructors will use sports and games to challenge children to their personal best and improve their overall physical fitness.
