This class is for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Participants can expect to increase overall cardiovascular fitness and muscle mass, as well as fat loss. Be ready to sweat in this high-intensity strength and cardiovascular class that will push your body to the edge. This class will utilize a variety of exercises using Tabata style timed intervals.

To the Beat Bootcamp


This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves all synced to the beat of the music. Every beat has a move, and every move has a beat. This class will work through the different cardio levels working your heart rate gradually to a cardio peak and then gradually back down all the way to recovery. The moves are progressively challenging to work you to your max potential. In this class you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs, and glutes - no equipment used, just your body weight!

Barre Above


Barre Above is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. This Barre class uses the musicality method of teaching and incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture all while synced to the beat of some of your favorite songs.
