Xco Latino Step™ it is a modality that mix Latin Rhythms with specific movements in a block format which aims to improve people’s core strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, and coordination. By performing basic movements with Xco Trainers on the elevated platform, the entire body is worked evenly, with an emphasis on the abs, arms, glutes and legs. This class is equally suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

Participants typically use drumsticks to tap, beat, and move around the exercise ball, enhancing coordination, rhythm, and upper body strength. Can be done on your feet or sitting in a chair.
