Gentle Yoga


This class is specifically designed to allow the body to relax and renew due to the release of tension in the muscles, joints, and spine. Lots of stretching and grounding postures will be introduced to allow you to open and become more connected to your body and breath. Great class for beginners, but all levels welcome!

Yoga for Mobility


This class will explore different stretches and techniques to increase flexibility and strength. Working on breath awareness and self-massage techniques to help with relaxation and stress release. This class is beginner friendly and an EXCELLENT complement to a workout program!
