How to Book:

• Log On or create your TLC online account, then search your preferred drop-in actvities below.
• Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
• Patrons may NOT participate if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or are otherwise required to isolate or quarantine.

Cancellations:

• No longer able to keep your booking? Please call our front desk team at 780-960-5080 and press 0 to speak to a Customer Experience Representative.
• Unless otherwise stated, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of your booked time.
• Due to limited space, repeated no shows could result in the loss of future booking privileges.
