During your One-hour SPOP Household Booking, individuals will have exclusive use of the Outdoor Pool, Diving Board and Green Space. The Wading Pool is available SUBJECT TO OPERATIONS and shared with the Public.

Lifeguards will be on duty, and the change rooms/showers will be available for use. Lifejackets are available for use, and you may bring your own pool toys/inflatables etc.

Bookings cost $125/hr (per 40 bodies), additional lifeguard charge per 40 bodies*

*You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days of booking with pool rules and to confirm the number of bodies in your rental.

Booking: For staffing reasons, online bookings are only accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the booking start time. If a booking time slot says "Start Soon - Please Call" that means it is available but you need to call us to book it.

• Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your booked time.
• Swimmers age 6yrs and under must have an adult 14yrs or older within arms' reach of them at all times.
• Food & drink is permitted – please do not bring any glass containers.
• You may book up to 2 (two) consecutive Household Bookings if you wish. If you have questions or wish to book over the phone, call us at 780-960-5080 and press zero to reach a Customer Experience Representative.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, all cancellation requests must be made in writing to spop@trileisure.com no less than 14 days prior to your booked time. Please include the date/time of your booking in your email. No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after this deadline.

If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booked time, please email spop@trileisure.com (your request must be received in writing) AND call 780-963-2600 to reach the Outdoor Pool reception desk – be sure to leave a message if the line is busy.
