How to Book:

  • Log On or create your TLC online account, then search your preferred drop-in actvities below.
  • Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
  • Patrons may NOT participate if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or are otherwise required to isolate or quarantine.
  • Online booking is at a zero fee. Please check-in at our front desk no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your class start time. You will be required to pay a pay a day admission, or use your active TLC pass/membership.
  • Change rooms and showers are available for use.

Cancellations:

  • No longer able to keep your booking? Cancel your class booking in your online account, or call our front desk team at 780-960-5080 (press 0) to speak to a Customer Experience Representative.
  • Due to limited space, repeated no shows could result in the loss of future booking privileges.

TLC DRYLAND DROP-IN CLASSES

Pre-book your spot in one of our energizing Dryland classes - or drop-in and take a chance on getting a place - numbers are limited!

  • BENEFIT THRU RESISTANCE (Mon/Wed/Fri 11:00AM-12:00PM):

    A resistance training and cardio program that is designed to help older adults develop balance, muscle strength, heart health, core stability and aids in the prevention of osteoporosis.

  • CHISEL & STRETCH (Tue/Thu 08:30-9:30AM):

    A strength class focusing on total body toning using a combination of stability balls, tubing, free weights, body resistance and flexibility training. An hour spent, not a minute wasted.

  • DROP-IN SPIN (Mon 6:00-6:30PM):

    This 30-minute multilevel class is designed to take you through the hills and drills that will improve cardiovascular strength and muscular endurance. No experience necessary, this class is great for all fitness levels!

  • EVERYTHING FITNESS (Sat 10:30-11:30AM):

    This class has it ALL! Each week is different fitness style- Step & Strength, Bosu Ball, Tabata, and more….. Come start your weekend off right with something new each week. Check the drop-in schedule online to see what is going on each weekend!

  • MAXIMUM TRAINING (Tue/Thu 05:30-06:30PM):

    An energizing class combining aerobic, anaerobic, strength and power exercises. Every class features a unique circuit-style workout that you can complete at your own pace. Come enjoy the fun!

  • LUNCHTIME DROP-IN SPIN (Thu 12:15-12:45PM):

    Get your daily cardio fix during your lunch time. Burn some calories and enjoy the ride! No experience necessary, this class is great for all fitness levels!

  • MUSCLE BLAST (Mon 06:30-07:30AM):

    Muscle Blast is a group fitness barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This new class challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lift and curls. It is a choreographed class utilizing rhythm and up-tempo music to energize and motivate.

  • STEP & STRENGTH (Mon/Fri 09:00-10:00AM):

    A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels.

  • AFTERNOON STEP (Tue 1:15-2:15PM):

    A 60 minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the whole body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels

  • ZUMBA (Wed 05:30-6:30PM):

    This popular fitness class incorporates several dance styles including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The catchy Latin music includes fast and slow rhythms allowing for a great cardio workout and fabulous body sculpting.
