This specialized exercise program is designed for those with chronic health conditions to help manage symptoms and improve overall physical health through exercise. Featuring instruction and guidance from the TLC’s Certified Exercise Physiologist, this program guides you in a safe, small group environment. Suitable for those with Parkinson’s disease, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Stroke or other similar chronic conditions.
