Registration for the event begins on Monday May 13th 2019 and closes at 4:30pm on Thursday August 15th, 2019.
This event provides an opportunity to promote your non-profit community organization and attract new participants to your activities.
Registration cost for a table with Power: $25
Please note: Tri-Municipal Region charitable and non-profit organizations will be required to show proof of status or registered society number.
Non-profit organizations operating outside the Tri-Municipal Region that wish to register for the event, MUST offer sport, recreation or wellness opportunities and services to Tri-Municipal Region residents.
Additional information • Registration includes 1 table and 2 chairs. • Table set up is from 4:00 – 5:30pm. Doors open to the public at 6:00pm. • Access to power will be determined by event coordinators as available. Please bring your own grounded extension cord (50 – 100 feet) and non-marking floor tape - NOT Duct tape. • Table placement and location will be determined by event coordinators. • Selling or fundraising of any kind is not permitted during this event.
